New images of the man who stabbed actor Saif Ali Khan during a burglary attempt at his home have emerged, as the search to apprehend him entered its third day.

One photo shows him wearing a yellow shirt, though it is unclear whether it was taken before or after the attack. He was also spotted on CCTV around 9 am, approximately six hours after the incident, purchasing headphones from a store in Dadar.

This is the fourth image to surface since the attack on Saif Ali Khan at ‘Satguru Sharan,’ a 12-story building in Bandra where he resides with his wife, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, and their sons, Taimur and Jeh. The intruder was captured on camera twice inside the building—once while taking the stairs to reach Mr. Khan’s floor and again while fleeing.

Later that day, the intruder was seen at Bandra railway station wearing new clothes, including a blue shirt. He was later spotted wearing the same shirt at the mobile store in Dadar. It is believed that he may have boarded a train from Bandra station.

Saif Ali Khan sustained six injuries, including one near his spine, while attempting to fend off the attacker early Thursday morning. He was rushed to the hospital, where life-saving surgery was performed. Doctors provided an update yesterday, stating that the actor is recovering well and has regained the ability to walk.

Eliyama Philips, a nurse caring for Saif Ali Khan’s younger son Jeh, was the first to notice and confront the intruder in the house. She described him as a slim, dark-complexioned man, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and likely in his late thirties.

Police suspect that the attacker climbed the wall of a neighboring compound and used the fire shaft to access the floor where the actor resides, according to sources. It is thought that he escaped using the same route.

Yesterday, a man resembling the accused was detained, sparking speculation that the attacker had been apprehended. However, police later clarified that he was not connected to the Saif Ali Khan case.
