No students passed the 2026 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations at 293 educational institutions, compared with 202 institutions in 2025.
A total of 9,390 educational institutions had students participating in this year's examinations, according to the results.
The number of institutions recording a zero pass rate increased by 91 from last year.
