44th BCS viva voce schedule for 900 candidates published

The viva voce (oral examination) for 900 candidates who have passed the written exam of the 44th BCS has been scheduled by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC).

The viva voce will begin on February 9 and continue until February 26.

It will be held at the main office of the BPSC in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Agargaon, as announced in a notice signed by Masuma Jafrin, controller of examinations (additional duty) of the BPSC’s Cadre Branch, on Sunday.

According to the notice, candidates who passed the written exam must download and collect the designated online form for the 44th BCS from the BPSC website.

The online form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the respective viva voce board at least 30 minutes before the scheduled interview.

Failure to submit all relevant certificates, documents, and the BPSC Form-1 to the viva board will cancel the candidate’s application, and they will not be allowed to participate in the viva voce.

As per the notice, 1,710 officials will be recruited across various cadres in the 44th BCS.

Among them, 250 positions are in the administration cadre, 50 in the police cadre, 10 in the foreign affairs cadre, 14 in the Ansar cadre, 30 in audit and accounts, 11 in taxation, eight in cooperative, seven in railway transportation and commerce, 10 in information, 23 in postal, six in commerce, 27 in family planning, three in food, 485 in technical cadres, and 776 in the education cadre.
