Dhaka Handball Team beat Assam Handball Team by 47-24 and 35-29 goals respectively in both men’s and women’s opening matches of the Dhaka-Assam Handball Series (Men’s and Women’s) 2024 – jointly initiated by Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF) and Assam Handball Association (AHA), India – kicked off at the Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Handball Stadium here on Sunday.

Earlier, GolamKuddus, former secretary general of Bangladesh Olympic Association and president of Bangladesh Volleyball Federation, inaugurated the competition as the chief guest.
