Seven employees of the Public Service Commission (PSC) gave statements before a Dhaka court on Tuesday confessing their part of involvement in the leak of question papers during government job examinations.

The accused gave statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) members produced them before the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Tahmina Haque.

On Monday, the CID arrested 17 people conducting drives in Dhaka and elsewhere on charges of leaking question papers in BCS and other government exams.
