After the fall of Sheikh Hasina government, “Ayanaghar”, a secret detention centre run by the Counter Terrorism and Intelligence Bureau of the Bangladesh defense forces, has come into discussion across the country.

Inhuman torture was carried out on the prisoners there. Now “Indubala”-famed filmmaker Joy Sarkar is going to make a full-length film on “Ayanaghar”.

The director also named the movie “Ayanaghar”.

In the meantime, Joy Sarkar registered the name of the film at the Bangladesh Film Director’s Association. Produced by Rabbit Entertainment, the shooting of the film will start from the beginning of October.

About the film, Joy said, “Keya Payel was the heroine of my first movie. I want to make this film with her. Apart from Keya, there will be more popular stars of the country. Now I’m busy writing the story.”

“I will know about the reality by meeting some of the victims. I want the truth to come out. Let people know what has happened in the last 16 years. I will announce my officially after finalise the cast and crew soon”, he added.
