Popular small-screen actor Afran Nisho has made a name for himself on the silver screen with just one film. His debut film, “Surongo”, was released on Eid-ul-Fitr last year. Directed by Raihan Rafi, it was a huge commercial success.

After that, Nisho went into hiding. He could not be found working in any work except advertising in the last one year. Nisho’s fans eagerly await him to return to work with a new film. A few days ago, it was learned that Nisho is returning with a new film with the director Raihan Rafi from Alpha i, the production company of “Surongo”.

Later, it was learned that director Shihab Shaheen will make a new film with Nisho.

Multiple responsible sources said that the title of Afran Nisho’s new film is “Daagi”. This name was also registered with the Film Directors’ Association last Monday.  The project “Daagi” is going to be Nisho’s second film.

However, the casting of the actor opposite Nisho has not yet been finalised. Nisho will start shooting for “Daagi” this year. The film will be released on Eid-ul-Fitr 2025.
