A complaint has been filed against former RAB official Ziaul Ahsan and nine others with the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) by Limon Hossain, whose leg was amputated after he was shot by RAB in 2011.
Victim Limon, an assistant professor of Gono University’s law department, filed the complaint around 1PM on Tuesday, said prosecutor BM Sultan Mahmud.
Former military adviser Tareq Ahmed Siddiqui is also among the accused.
On March 23, 2011, a RAB team shot Limon in the left leg at Shaturia village in Jhalakathi and, later, picked him up and sent him to a hospital.
