The 7th National Comdeca 2025 was formally inaugurated at the heart point of Sirajganj town on Thursday.
Dr. Mohammad Yunus, Chief Advisor to the interim government, has officially inaugurated the event through an audio message.
Bangladesh Scouts arranged the Comdeca with a slogan of “building discrimination-free society”.
Around 6,000 people, including 4,000 rover scouts and 1,500 volunteers, have taken part in the 7-day event.
Bangladesh Scouts Assistant Director Nasir Uddin said the Bangladesh Scouts headquarters, Sirajganj district administration and police administration are continually monitoring the arrangement of the Comdeca to end it successfully.
The third Comdeca was also held in Sirajganj hard point in 2001.
