Interim govt to get a new adviser

The education ministry’s Special Assistant Prof M Aminul Islam will be sworn in as a new adviser at the Bangabhaban on Wednesday morning.

The Cabinet Division confirmed the matter.

Prof M Aminul Islam was the Vice Chancellor of National University during 2002-2006. He also served as the Vice Chancellor of the Shahjajal University of Science and Technology (SUST) from 2006 to 2009.

He was a professor of physics at Rajshahi University.
