Khulna Correspondent:

Motaleb Shikdar, Khulna divisional chief of the National Citizen Party (NCP) and central organiser of NCP’s Jatiya Sramik Shakti, was shot in his head on Monday following the attack on Inqilab Moncho spokesperson Sharif Osman Bin Hadi.

Dr Mahmuda Mitu, NCP joint chief organiser, shared the news in a social media post, stating that Shikdar was immediately taken to Khulna Medical College Hospital in critical condition.

This incident comes shortly after the recent attack on Inqilab Moncho spokesperson Sharif Osman Bin Hadi, raising concerns over targeted political violence in the country.
