The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has uncovered four bungalows, including one named Tulip Territories, owned by the family of Sheikh Rehana in Gazipur.
The commission has launched an investigation to verify the legitimacy of these properties, multiple sources within the ACC confirmed .
Rehana’s husband, Shafiq Ahmed Siddiq, and her brother-in-law, Tarique Siddiq, who are listed as owners of the properties, will also be investigated.
This development is a part of the ongoing ACC probe into the assets of Sheikh Rehana, her daughter Tulip Siddiq, and other relatives.
According to ACC’s allegations, several resorts and garden houses belonging to Rehana’s family members have been found in Gazipur. These properties were reportedly purchased at different times to serve as retreats for leisure.
