The complaint has now been sent to the ACC’s head office in Dhaka, and the investigation will proceed as per instructions from there.”

In her complaint, Rokeya Akhter Bari mentioned: “Since 2006, my daughter Nasreen Marjuka and I have been using a locker jointly at the Islami Bank Chawkbazar branch. I requested Yunus, the in-charge of the locker, to open it. When he opened the locker room door, he found the locker allotted in my name already open. I was shocked when he informed me.”
