On the initiative of the students of Dhaka College, an Absentee Namaz-e-Janaza of Advocate Saiful Islam Alif who was killed at the court premises in Chattogram was held.

The Absentee Namaz-e-Janaza was held in front of the Central Mosque of Dhaka College at 1:30 pm on Wednesday (November 27).

Professor AKM Elias, principal of Dhaka College, member of the anti-discrimination student movement executive committee Muinul Islam, and others were present at Absentee Namaz-e-Janaza.

Mentioned that yesterday (November 26) at 3:30 pm, when ISKCON followers started attacking various institutions in the court area in Chattogram, lawyer Saiful Islam Alif stopped them. He was later picked up and hacked to death in front of Rangam Tower opposite the main gate of the court. When Saiful was rescued and admitted to the Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH), the doctor on duty declared him dead.
