AL leader Abdus Salam arrested in Rajshahi

Abdus Salam, former Puthia upazila chairman and organizing secretary of Rajshahi district Awami League, has been arrested. Puthia Thana police arrested him from his own house around 2.30 pm on Tuesday.
Arrested Md. Abdus Salam is the former Chairman of Puthia Upazila and the Organizing Secretary of Rajshahi District Awami League. His house is in Katidaha area of Baneshwar union of Puthia upazila.
It is known that advocate Abdus Salam has been arrested in a sabotage case. Currently, he is in the custody of Puthia police. The overall situation is normal.
