Allegation of trying to capture video footage of a girl, while she was bathing, has been intensified against a youth in Sirajganj town.

Meanwhile, a written complaint has been submitted with Sirajganj Sadar police station in this connection.

According to the case statement, Awal Khan alias Prem, 28, son of late Milon Khan of Soyagobinda area in the town has been giving love proposal and teasing to a girl of the same area for long.

As the girl refused to his proposal, the youth-Awal Khan Prem threatened her in many ways saying that, she will face hardship and obscene video will be spread out through social media to spoil her life due to non compliance with the proposal.

At one stage on August 9, he tried to capture video of the girl with his mobile phone from on a wall while she was taking bath in their bathroom.

Sensing the matter, the girl, also a college student started screaming. Later, the youth managed to flee the scene.

Mokhlesur Rahman, Officer in Charge of Sadar police station said, “A written complaint has been received. Action would be taken after investigation.”
