Another interim govt adviser to sworn in today

Interim government adviser Farooq-e-Azam will take oath today (Tuesday, August 13). President Mohammed Sahabuddin will administer the oath at 11 am at Bangabhaban.

This was confirmed by the President’s Press Wing on Monday afternoon.

On August 8, 13 advisers including the chief adviser took oath. Then last Sunday, two more advisers took oath.

Among the 16 advisers to the interim government, Farooq-e-Azam could not take oath due to his stay in the United States. He returned home on Sunday night.
