Dhallywood Queen actress Apu Biswas bought a form to get a party nomination of Awami League from the Bogura region for the women’s reserved seat in the 12th Jatiya Sangsad (JS – National Parliament).

Apu Biswas collected the nomination form from the Awami League’s central office at 23 Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital’s Gulistan at 12:30 pm on Tuesday (February 6).

“Since I am an actress, I have always been with the people. I always want to promote women. From that place, if I am given the opportunity, I will work for people. I urge all to pray for me and bless me so that I can achieve my goal,” actress Apu Biswas said after collecting the nomination papers.

Asked whether she was hopeful of getting a nomination, Apu Biswas said, “Whether getting or not getting is a relative matter. But I am hopeful that I will be nominated.”

Mentioned that the nomination papers of Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet and Chattogram divisions are being distributed on the second floor and Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna and Barishal divisions are being distributed on the third floor in the central office of Awami League. Nomination papers of all divisions are being collected on the ground floor of the central office. It is learned that the sale of forms will continue from 10 am on Tuesday to 4 pm on Thursday.
