Director Kajal Arefin Ome has finally given good news about the new season of ‘Bachelor Point’. After a two year-hiatus, the fifth season of the drama is going to appear in front of the audience again.

Ome confirmed this information in a post on his verified Facebook. In the post, he shared a poster of the fifth season of the drama and wrote in the caption, ‘Bachelor Point’ is going to start again after a long two and a half years.”

The series was first aired in 2018. Bachelor Point, which was built around a bunch of bachelor characters, gained immense popularity among the audience in a very short time. Especially, characters like Kabila, Pasha, Habu, Shuvo, Riya, Nabila, Shimul, Sirin, Borhan, Zakir and Antora in the drama became close to the audience. There was no shortage of criticism for the allegations of obscene dialogues.

“Bachelor Point Season 4” was aired on 24 December 2022. Since then, the audience has been waiting for “Season 5”. Although there have been rumours several times, this time the director Ome himself has confirmed that he will give the audience good news by making an official announcement soon.

Marjuk Russell, Ziaul Haque Palash, Chashi Alam, Sabila Nur, Sanjana Sarkar, Faria Shahrin, Sharaf Ahmed Jiban, Sumon Patwari, Parsa Ivana, Ashutosh Sujan, Monira Mithu, Abdullah Rana, Pavel, Shimul and others have played various roles in the series.
