Students distribute sweetmeats

The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement on Thursday brought out a jubilant procession and distributed sweetmeats among the people in Sirajganj town as the interim government banned Chhatra League under the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Several hundreds of students under the banner of Anti-discrimination students Movement brought out the procession from SS road in the town at around 11:00am that ended in front the house of former Awami League MP (Member of Parliament) Jannat Ara Talukder Henry at Marrowari Patti near Chowrasta intersection.

Jubair Al Islam Sejan, Coordinator of Anti Discrimination Student Movement, Sirajganj district unit, Yeasir Arafat Ishan and TM Mushfiq Saad among others took part in the procession.
