Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) announced the final national squad of Bangladesh for the AHF Cup Hockey Tournament ‘2025 to be held in Indonesia from April 17 to 27.

Last three times AHF Cup Hockey champions Bangladesh team consists of 18 players and eight officials will leave here for Indonesia on April 14 in a hope to repeat their feat.

Celebrated forward Rasel Mahmud Jimmy dropped from the team earlier due to age problems while Mehrab Hossain Samin, who guided the Bangladesh U-21 team to the Youth World Cup Hockey, also excluded from the squad.

PLAYERS OF THE BANGLADESH NATIONAL TEAM ARE: Pushkar Kisha Mimo (Captain), Fazle Hossain Rabbi (Vice Captan), Huzaifa Hossain, Rezaul Karim Babu, Sohanur Rahman Sabuj, Farhad Ahmed Shetul, Ashraful Islam, Amirul Islam, Abed Uddin, Nayemuddin, Al Nahian Shuvo, Roman Sarkar, Arshad Hossain, Obaidul Hossain Joy, Rakibul Hasan, Mahbub Hossain, Biplob Kuzur and Abu Sayed Nikson.

SIX STAND BY PLAYERS ARE: Nuruzzaman Noyan, Moinul Islam, Taiyub Ali , Mehdi Hasan, Pritom Roy and Mehrab Hossain Samin.

EIGHT OFFICIALS ARE: Syed Bayazid Haider ( Manager), Kazi Abu Zafar Tapan (Assistant Manager), Mamumur Rashid (Head Coach), Moshiur Rahman Biplob ( Assistant Coach), Alamgir Islam ( Trainer), Saifuddin Ahmed ( Physio),Taposh Barman (Video Analyst ) and Ismail Hossain Liton (Umpire).
