Blankets have been distributed among over 200 cold affected poor and distressed people in Belkuchi upazila of Sirajganj district.

With the initiative of Belkuchi Press Club and logistic supports of local upazila administration, the blanket distribution programme was held at Belkuchi Press Club premises on Sunday morning.

UNO of Belkuchi upazila Afia Sultana Keya, Upazila Project Implementation Officer (PIO) Abu Helal, Belkuchi Press Club President Alhaj Gazi Saidur Rahman, General Secretary Rezaul Karim, Vice President Narayan Malakar, Joint General Secretary and Senior Reporter of Jamuna Television Golam Mostafa Rubel, Organizing Secretary Zahurul Islam, Office Secretary Abu Musa, Finance Secretary Sabuj Sarkar, Upazila Correspondent of The Daily Sky and Information-Technology Affairs Secretary Uzzal Adhikari and Sports and Cultural Secretary Abdur Razzak Babu among others were also present in the event.
