In connection with the murder of Residential Model College student Farhan Fayaz, murder and genocide cases have been filed against Sheikh Hasina and 34 others.

On Tuesday, Farhan’s father Shahidul Islam Bhuiyan submitted this complain to the investigation agency of the International Criminal Tribunal.

Apart from Sheikh Hasina, Obaidul Quader, Anisul Huq, Barrister Fazle Noor Taposh, Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash, Chhatra League President Saddam Hossain, General Secretary Wali Asif Inan and Police Officer Biplab Kumar were made accused among others.

They have been accused of committing crimes against humanity including murder and genocide.

Farhan Fayaz, a student of Residential Model College, was shot dead by the police on July 18 during the students’ movement.
