Covid-19: 69 more die, 1359 infected in country

Bangladesh has reported 60 more Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, raising the death toll to 11,579, according to the official figures.

Besides, 1,359 Covid-19 cases were confirmed during the period. With the latest, the tally of infections has surged to 7,61,943.

 

Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) informed this in a press release on Sunday (May 2, 2021).
