Admission test will be held in 19 general and science and technology universities of the country in cluster system. It will have 100 number MCQ questions. Apart from this, although there is no separate unit for changing the department, there will be questions about Bengali, English and ICT for the science unit.

The decision was taken at a meeting at Jagannath University (JU) on Saturday (December 19) on the distribution of standards for the admission test and the examination system.

Jessore University of Science and Technology (Jabiprabi) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. Anwar Hossain confirmed the information.

At the end of the meeting, he said, we will take the test on the 100 number MCQ question paper. It will not be written. Apart from this, we had earlier decided to take admission test in three units, which is still in force.

Jabiprabi Vice-Chancellor further said that the committee will only test the bunch method. It is up to them how a university will admit them after giving the results of the examination. How many marks of GPA of SSC and HSC will be added and other matters including group change will depend on the concerned university.(Source: Online)
