Dhaka Capitals captain Thisara Perera won the toss and elected to bat first in their second Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) match against Durbar Rajshahi at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Thursday.

Both teams made changes to their playing XI after losing their first match in the tournament on the opening day.

Before the match, a ticket booth at the Mirpur Swimming Complex, just beside the stadium was set on fire by frustrated fans who didn’t get to buy tickets in the morning.
