Entertainment Desk:
This generation film actor Prarthana Fardin Dighi, who has returned to the country after an extended stay in the United States, said she is keen to take on projects centred on love stories.
Dighi was last seen opposite Siam Ahmed in Jongli, which was released during Eid-ul-Fitr. Since then, she has not appeared in any new films. Speaking to the media, she confirmed discussions are underway for several potential projects.
“I’m more interested in love stories, and I’m also getting offers,” Dighi said. “Since audience are again showing interest in romance, I feel drawn to such roles. If I get a love story, I will work on it.”
Speculation has circulated that she will soon star alongside Siam Ahmed again. Addressing the reports, Dighi said, “When I first heard the news, I was abroad. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but let’s see. I hope something good will happen. A film with Siam will not disappoint.”
While no official announcements have been made, her remarks suggest she is positioning herself for more romantic roles in the coming phase of her career.
