Dhallywood’s popular actor Monowar Hossain Dipjol is well-known for his fierce on-screen antagonistic roles. However, in real life, he is recognised as a compassionate individual. The actor is often seen extending his support to those in need and actively participating in various social initiatives.

This time, Dipjol has arranged iftar throughout the entire month of Ramadan.

As the holy month of Ramadan begins, devout Muslims observe fasting. From the first day of Ramadan to the very last, the actor has taken the initiative to distribute iftar.

Dipjol’s representatives have been distributing iftar daily among the public in areas surrounding Gabtoli, Agargaon, and Mohakhali in the capital.

It has been reported that the distribution is being carried out using a prison van. The actor himself has confirmed the matter.

Dipjol shared the news through a post on his verified Facebook profile.

Posting several pictures of the iftar distribution on Facebook, he wrote, “Alhamdulillah. The iftar distribution continues for the second day, and InshaAllah, it will continue throughout the entire month of Ramadan. Prayers and support are requested.”

Fans were delighted to see these images of the actor’s iftar distribution initiative. Many praised his noble gesture.

Some also called upon other affluent individuals to come forward in a similar manner.

Meanwhile, a few days ago, the construction of the Madania Mosque Complex in the name of Dipjol’s late mother, Haji Jobeda Begum, was completed at Talukrifaitpur Station in Badiakhali, Gaibandha.

Following the completion of the mosque, work on a madrasa is currently underway. The actor himself is overseeing its management.

At present, Dipjol is serving as the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Film Artistes’ Association, with Misha Sawdagor holding the position of President.

Additionally, several films starring and produced by Dipjol are awaiting release.
