No disruptor would be spared: Saidur Rahman Bachchu

“No one would be spared, if creates disruption again. Disruptor will be brought to book for the sake of maintaining law and order in the town,” said Saidur Rahman Bachchu, General Secretary of Sirajganj District BNP and President of the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He told this in an emergency press conference held at the hall room of Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s office in the town on Saturday noon marking post-Eid sporadic clashes locked at different parts of the town centering different trifling matters.
In a statement, he said, “Due to sporadic clashes, normal life as well as businesses are being hampered seriously. Many homesteads and business establishments are being attacked, vandalized and ransacked by the unruly miscreants. Stern action would be taken against those disruptors.”
He urged the town dwellers to be united against such miscreants and lend their helping hands to identify them in which law enforcers can nab them and bring to book.
He said, “Leaders and activists of BNP, businessmen, journalists and civil society members should help the law enforcers including joint forces to resist any kind of violence. Meanwhile, joint forces detained 17 persons from different parts of the town for involving with the clashes and recovered some lethal weapons and explosives. The army and joint forces are working tirelessly to maintain peace and order.”
During the press conference, Golam Mostafa, Senior Vice President of the District Chamber of Commerce and Industries, BNP leader SM Kamal, President of Sirajganj Press Club and District Correspondent of Bangla Vision Harun or Rashid Khan Hasan among others were also present.
