Kazipur Correspondent:

Police recovered the body of a farmer from a water-body nearby a paddy field in Kabihar Pashchimpara village in Kazipur upazila of Sirajganj district on Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Sabur Mian, 46, son of late Mazem Mian of Barshibhanga village in the same upazila. The victim was a farmer and had been living at his father-in-law’s house in Pashchim Khukshia village along with his wife and children for long.

Being informed by locals, a team of police reached to the spot and recovered the body from the water-body. It was sent to hospital morgue for autopsy, said Nur-e-Alam, Officer in Charge of Kazipur police station.
