Armed and law enforcement forces – in a meeting on Thursday – decided to take a firm stance to protect Bangladesh’s stability, by tackling the ongoing anarchy, arson, and other destructive activities.
Army Chief General Waker-uz-Zaman met the newly appointed IGP of Police, director general of RAB and DMP commissioner in the presence of Navy and Air Force chiefs in this regard, read an ISPR press release.
At this meeting, there was a discussion about resuming the activities of all police stations across the country with the help of the army within the next 24 hours. They sought everyone’s cooperation in this regard.
