Staff Correspondent: Minister of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Imran Ahmed Probashi Kallyan Bank’s 101st branch at Tungipara Minister of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Imran Ahmed said the government has a commitment to send at least 1,000 people abroad from each upazila. Apart from this, the government has also promised to open branches of Probashi Kallyan Bank in each upazila. So that expatriates can easily send their earned money safely to their families.

He said this at the opening ceremony of Probashi Kallyan Bank’s 101st branch at Tungipara Upazila Auditorium in Gopalganj on yesterday morning. This branch of the bank was inaugurated in Tungipara.

The minister said, “Many Bangladeshis are in danger after going abroad despite spending money. There is a high chance of being cheated, especially if someone makes passport through brokers. Therefore, it is wise to make passport officially with maintaining rules.”
