They should be tried in their absentia following the Nuremberg trial process, he says

Adviser to the Ministry of Shipping Brig Gen (retd) M, Sakhawat Hossain has branded ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina as a dictator and blamed her for setting up a nasty instance of human rights violation in the country.
“I think there is no need to bring the human rights violators back home. They should be tried in their absentia following the Nuremberg trial process as there is sufficient evidence of the killings,” Sakhawat Hossain, also Shipping adviser, said on Saturday.
While addressing a programme held at the Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies auditorium in Dhaka, said around 626 people took shelter at the cantonment after the fall of the Hasina-led government on 5 August.
Detailed talks will be held during the next cabinet meeting about the issue, said the adviser.
