The Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee has announced that the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations under all education boards, except the Chattogram education board, will continue as scheduled until further notice.

According to a press release issued on Sunday, the examinations under the Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Sylhet, Barishal, Dinajpur, and Mymensingh education boards, as well as the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (excluding districts under the Chattogram education board), will be held on the previously announced dates and times.

However, as announced earlier, the HSC, Alim, HSC (BMT), HSC (Vocational), and Diploma in Commerce examinations scheduled for 13 July (Monday), 15 July (Wednesday), and 16 July (Thursday) under the Chattogram education board, as well as under the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board in the districts under the board, will remain suspended.

The announcement was made in a press release signed by Prof Syed Akhtaruzzaman, chairman of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and the Dhaka Education Board.
