Crafted under the production of Aamir Khan, this period movie is inspired by the play ‘Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya O Jamyai Ni’ by Asghar Wajahat. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, this evocative drama unfolds against the backdrop of India’s partition in 1947.
‘Lahore 1947’ narrates the poignant journey of a Muslim family migrating from Lucknow to Lahore during the partition.
