A joyful procession was brought out in Sirajganj town on Tuesday under the banner of Secha Sebok Dal marking its 45 founding anniversary.

Several hundreds of leaders and activists from different parts of the district took part in the procession that marched the main streets.

Saidur Rahman Bachchu, Member of the BNP’s National Executive Committee and General Secretary of Sirajganj District BNP inaugurated the procession by unleashing balloons.

During a short speech, Bachchu said, “BNP and its front organizations have been playing a vital role to revive the democracy of the country despite huge struggle and agonies. Secha Sebok Dal always works for people. The party will continue its contribution in future.”

District BNP Vice-President Nazmul Hasan Talukder Rana said, “The Secha Sebok Dal was born against tyranny, and even today, the role of this party against the killing of democracy is very important. The youth are the future of this country, and the country will be free again with their active participation.”
