Justice Shahed Nuruddin resigned

Justice Shahed Nuruddin has resigned. An investigation against him was ongoing in the Supreme Judicial Council.

The Supreme Court administration confirmed this information on Thursday.

Justice Shahed Nuruddin of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court was the trial judge in the August 21, 2004 grenade attack case.

He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from the University of Dhaka.
