‘City Care Hospital’ launched at S.B Fazlul Haque Road in Sirajganj town on Thursday opening new horizon in the health sector.
To expand the scope of modern and quality medical services in the town, activities of the hospital were formally inaugurated through a grand ceremony, where local public representatives, doctors, businessmen, journalists and socio-political personalities were also present.
During the inauguration programme, speakers said that, Sirajganj had been lagging behind from the advanced medical facilities for a long time. Patients and their relatives had to bear additional costs and sufferings to take critical patients to big cities including Dhaka. They hope that, City Care Hospital will greatly reduce that crisis and provide health services to the doorsteps of people.
The hospital authorities said that, City Care Hospital has installed state-of-the-art infrastructure and high-quality medical equipment to ensure modern medical facilities for patients. The hospital has outpatient services, interdisciplinary treatment, advanced diagnostic centers, state-of-the-art operation theaters, pediatric and obstetric services, emergency departments and 24-hour pharmacy services with experienced specialist doctors.
The concerned also said that, special attention has been paid to ensuring a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the patients.
On the occasion of the inauguration, the hospital authorities have announced various special offers throughout the month of November. According to their announcement, the patients will get up to 50 percent discount on all types of pathological tests. As a special initiative, the first 10 newborns and their mothers will get a 50 percent discount on all types of pathology tests for life. In addition, the first 10 female patients will be able to receive services without doctor’s charges in case of normal delivery.
In addition, a special discount of up to 30 percent has been announced for mosque Imams and Muazzems, freedom fighters, temple priests, church clergy, Buddhist monks and people with special needs on humanitarian grounds. In addition, the hospital authorities have decided to provide free three-hour specialist consultation services every Friday.
