Make policy for determining the number of autops in HSC

The results of 2019-20 HSC and equivalent will be released at the end of this month. The National Advisory Committee has prepared a draft policy and sent it to the Education Minister. It is being checked and selected. If the policy is approved, the work of preparing the results will be completed within a week, according to various education board sources.

Speaking to multiple education board chairmen, it is learned that a draft policy has been prepared by the education board and sent to the education minister on the recommendation of the national advisory committee formed by the education ministry. It is currently being tested. If this policy is approved, number sheets will be made in that format. All the education boards will be able to complete the work of making HSC-equivalent examination results within a week. It is learned that the results of the test may be released by December 25.

According to the policy, the subject number of the examinees will be determined. Of this, 25 per cent will be fixed in JSC and 75 per cent will be fixed on the marks obtained in SSC. For those who have not participated in JSC, 100% marks will be determined on the basis of the marks obtained in SSC examination. Even if someone gets GPA-5 in the previous two exams, if additional subject and practical exam numbers are added, their case may change to GPA-5 in HSC. The same formula has been mentioned in the policy for the subject improvement candidates.

When asked, Dhaka Education Board’s examination controller SM Amirul Islam told on Saturday (December 19), “Work is being done to prepare the results of the HSC examination. It will be possible to publish the results by December. Results will be created by coding through a software.

He further said, “The examination controllers of all the education boards of the country have met together to produce the results. We have made all the preparations to make the result. Based on thedirections given by the National Advisory Committee, we have made preparations to start the work of producing fruits. Once the policy for determining the number is finalized, the work of making results will be started in all the education boards.

Meanwhile, the HSC-equivalent test was canceled this year due to coronavirus infection. Education Minister announced autopass to all the candidates. Dipu Moni. For this a national advisory committee was formed. It was also announced that the thematic number of autops would be determined on the basis of the recommendations of the committee.
