Law Adviser Asif Nazrul has expressed optimism saying that he believes trial court proceedings for mass killing during the July uprising can be completed before the upcoming election if progress continues at the current pace.

The adviser voiced his hope during a press briefing on Wednesday afternoon at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital, in response to questions from journalists.
