The government has accepted the six-point demand of the students of Milestone School and College, according to Law Adviser Asif Nazrul.
He stated that each of the students’ demands is logical and justified. The government agrees with all six points and will fulfill them.
He made this statement around 12:45 PM on Tuesday in front of Building No. 5 of the college.
During that time, the Law Adviser issued an apology on the government’s behalf for the inappropriate behavior of law enforcement officers towards the students.
Earlier, two advisers visited the Uttara campus of Milestone School and College. Students staged a protest around Law Adviser Asif Nazrul and Education Adviser C. R. Abrar, demanding the fulfillment of their six-point demands.
From 10 AM that morning, hundreds of students began gathering at the roundabout in front of Milestone School and College. They started the protest in response to a tragic plane crash that claimed lives, putting forward their six demands.
