Gobindaganj Correspondent:

A motorcycle rider was killed in a road accident at Khashi Bat Tola area on the Gobindaganj-Dinjpur highway under Gobindaganj upazila of the district on Monday.

The deceased was identified as Md. Zunaid Hossain, 35, son of Ripu Miah, a resident of Kogaria village under Shapmar union of the upazila.

The accident occurred when a truck hit a motorbike on Monday leaving its rider Zunaid injured, said Mojaffar Hossain, Officer-in-Charge of Gobindaganj Highway Thana.

The injured was taken to the upazila health complex where the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
