German based donor agency Muslimehelfen on Saturday provided food aids among 400 poor and vulnerable families in Sirajganj town to ease their sufferings during the ongoing political revolution.

The programme was arranged at Utsab Community Centre at Muktijodya Lane in the town with SM Abdus Salam Mamun, District Coordinator of Social Aid in the chair.

Among others, Mohammad Ali Shohel, Director (Finance and Admin) of Social Aid, Md Alauddin, Social Service Officer in Sirajganj Sadar upazila, Socio-cultural personality Advocate Mahbub-e-Khoda Tutul, Monzur Shahin, General Secretary of Amra 86 batch, army personnel and students’ representatives were also present in the event.

The organization distributed a package of 25 kg rice, 30 pieces egg, 2 kg pulse, 5 liter Soybean oil, 2 kg onion, 1 kg sugar and 3 kg of potato to per head of the beneficiaries.
