A day-long education fair along with cultural function and prize distribution ceremony was held at the premises of Primary Education Office in Sirajganj on Tuesday.

The event was inaugurated by Harun-or-Rashid, Incumbent District Primary Education Officer in Sirajganj, while Superintendent of PTI Ismail Hossain, Assistant District Primary Education Officer Saiful Islam, Upazila Education Officer in Sirajganj Sadar Naiyar Sultana, Upazila Education Officer in Raiganj Apple Mahmud and Instructor of Fine-arts Mohidul Hasan among others were also present on the occasion.

Harun-or-Rashid, also chief guest of the programme said, “We have decorated the fair along with various sorts of educational equipments in order to make the text books more attractive for the students. If the students visit our stalls, they will notice a combination between the books and those equipments brought to the fair. Consequently, we request to our students and their guardians to visit the fair for building their skills.”

Besides, a cultural function and prize giving ceremony were also arranged there.
