Assistant Organizing Secretary of Rajshahi Divisional BNP Amirul Islam Khan Alim said, “BNP’s Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has given 31 point of state reforming outlines with the aim of people welfare. If those are implemented, next state will be people friendly, where there will be no irregularities or corruption, there will be equal rights for everyone.”
Alim came up with the remarks, while addressing as a chief guest in a discussion meeting held at Adachaki High School in Belkuchi upazila of Sirajganj district on Friday afternoon.
The programme was presided over by Hafez Abu Shahin Mallik, President of Bhangabari Union BNP, while Bani Amin, Member Secretary of Belkuchi Upazila BNP, addressed the discussion meeting moderated by Ruhul Amin Molla, General Secretary of Bhangabari Union BNP.
Alim further said, “The country has reached on the verge of ruination due to looting and siphoning of money abroad by the previous autocratic Awami League led government through massive corruption and irregularities.”
“The country has gained independence for the second time by the students-public mass-uprising. If BNP is able to go on power through free, fair and transparent elections, it will start the provision of family cards for all across the country. It will support to reduce family expenditures. People will get relief from the clutch of soaring prices of essentials,” he said.
