The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations, which were postponed amid the unrest across the country centring on quota reform protests, will be held after August 11.
Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Chairman of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Chairman of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, on Thursday said all postponed examinations under nine general education boards, technical and madrasa boards will be held after August 11.
A Dhaka Education Board source said the other examinations will be held as per the previously announced schedule from July 28.
The HSC and equivalent examinations of all education boards scheduled for July 18, 21, 23, and 25 were postponed due to unavoidable reasons.
