Every 100 grams of Kamranga contains 50 kilocalories of food energy, 0.5 grams of protein, 0.1 grams of fat, 5.1 grams of carbohydrates. Also some vitamins and minerals are found in Kamranga. Every 100 grams of Kamranga contains 6.1 mg of vitamin-C, 0.4 grams of minerals. Besides, there are 1000 grams of iron and 11 mg of calcium available.

  1. Being a fibrous fruit, Kamranga acts as a remedy for constipation.
  2. Kamranga is also useful for proper digestion of food. Kamranga also enhances the taste of food.
  3. This fruit reduces harmful cholesterol levels in the body. As a result blood pressure is controlled. It also contains some amount of potassium and sodium which helps in reducing high blood pressure.
