Siam Ahmed:

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-12 forces in a drive on March 9 arrested a drug trader along with 1,994 pieces of Yaba tablets from Shialkhol Amtola area in Sirajganj Sadar upazila.
The arrested was identified as Monzur Alam, 34, son of late Yunus Ali of Soraichandi village in the same upazila.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of RAB-12 forces conducted drive at the mentioned place and arrested the drug peddler along with said quantity of Yaba pills.
In the preliminary interrogation, the arrested confessed that, he had been engaged in drug trading in the area for long deceiving the law enforcers.
The arrested was handed over to Sirajganj Sadar police station and a case was lodged with the PS in this connection.
