Shakib Al Hasan will play for the Montreal Tigers in the Canada Super 60 League. The event starts on October 8. Six teams will compete. Organizers have announced the full squads. Many famous cricket players will join Shakib. These include Quinton de Kock, Martin Guptill, Moeen Ali, Dawid Malan, Sikandar Raza, Piyush Chawla, and Rahmanullah Gurbaz. This makes the first edition a big attraction.

Shakib is currently playing in the Caribbean Premier League for the Antigua & Barbuda Falcons. He has also played in other leagues, like the Pakistan Super League. Soon, he will join the USA’s Minor League Cricket. He stays very busy with these global franchise leagues.

Shakib has not played international cricket for some time. He last played for Bangladesh in a Test series against India last year. Now, he focuses more on franchise cricket around the world.

Shakib had played for the Montreal Tigers in Canada’s Global T20 League before. In the Super 60 League, his teammates include Josh Brown, Tom Moores, Nick Hobson, Isuru Udana, Andrew Tye, and Junaid Siddiqui. The Tigers have a strong and balanced team.
