Workers of National Jute Mills in Sirajganj held a rally at Muktir Shopan area near Baza’ar station in the town on Tuesday afternoon demanding full-fledged operation of 25 closed Jute Mills across the country.

The programme was organized by National Jute Mills Workers and Employees Coordination Parishad with Shahidul Islam, Coordinator of the organization in the chair.

Abdul Maleque, President of Rupantar Gananatya, Comrade Barkatullah, Sirajganj District Convener of Jatiya Mukti Council and Nabo Kumar Karmakar, District Coordinator of Bangladesh Samajtrantrik Dal (BSD) among others addressed on the occasion.
